- Fill in the attendee information in the form below for the person you want to register.
- Select your workshops and add any additional items, such as extra handbooks and lunches.
- Double check all the information, then click Add to Cart.
- Click Continue Shopping if you need to register additional attendees.
- After adding all attendees, double check all the information, then click Checkout.
- When paying with PayPal, you can use your credit card or your PayPal account to pay.
Early Bird - The fee for Early Bird registration is $45. You may register additional individuals the same time and the $45/person rate will be applied to the total on the checkout screen. This discount rate is only available until May 5th at 11:59 pm. After this time, all registrations will cost $55.
Anyone registering after May 19th at midnight will be considered on-site at a will pay the onsite cost of $75 when you check in on June 8th or 9th. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We will have tables specific to Onsite Register at the 2017 May Leadership Convention.
