Instructions:

  1. Fill in the attendee information in the form below for the person you want to register.
  2. Select your workshops and add any additional items, such as extra handbooks and lunches.
  3. Double check all the information, then click Add to Cart.
  4. Click Continue Shopping if you need to register additional attendees.
  5. After adding all attendees, double check all the information, then click Checkout.
  6. When paying with PayPal, you can use your credit card or your PayPal account to pay.

Early Bird - The fee for Early Bird registration is $70 for the first registration and $50 for each additional registration made at the same time.
NOTE:If the registration is part of a group you will be able to take advantage of the $50 special, REMEMBER ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ONE SITTING.
If a registration is done at another time or separately, we will not be able to verify other registrations and you will be charged the full price.  This discount rate is only available until April 20th at 11:59 pm. After this time, all registrations will cost $80.

Anyone registering after May 4th at midnight will be considered on-site at a will pay the onsite cost of $90 when you check in on May 23rd or May 24th.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

We will have tables specific to Onsite Register at the 2018 May Leadership Convention.
