Utah PTA Sponsorship Opportunities
|
|
Utah PTA seeks corporate sponsors to help further its purposes, programs, and projects. We offer sponsorship opportunities for activities, events, programs, projects, or publications including but not limited to the following:
- Reflections Awards Night (a recognition event for achievement in the arts by children across Utah)
- Battle of the Bands (a band competition for secondary school students)
- Advocacy Conference (an educational conference on how parents and other concerned adults can advocate for children at the legislature, school board, and community)
- Utah PTA Perspectives Newsletter (a bi-monthly publication offering training information, etc.)
- Arts Education Grant Fund (a perpetuating fund offering matching-fund grants to local PTAs across Utah to provide arts education programs to students)
- Utah PTA Leadership Convention (held in May, our training and business convention for approximately 2100 attendees) THIS EVENT HAS ITS OWN LEVELS OF SPONSORSHIP IDENTIFIED BY METALS: IE: COPPER, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM.
FRIENDSHIP LEVEL (FOR PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OTHER THAN MAY LEADERSHIP CONVENTION)
- $100 Acknowledgement in event program, if applicable *
- $250 In addition to the above, acknowledgement in one issue of Utah PTA Perspectives magazine *
- $500 In addition to the above, acknowledgement in two issues of Utah PTA Perspectives magazine *
- $1000 In addition to the above, acknowledgement and link on Utah PTA Web site for one month *
- $1500 In addition to the above, acknowledgement in promotional material related to the event, project or publication *
THE FOLLOWING LEVELS ARE FOR MAY LEADERSHIP CONVENTION ONLY:
COPPER - $500
Sponsor is allowed to put a promotional item in each convention attendee registration bag.
BRONZE - $1000 Sponsor will receive the above AND:
Acknowledgement in convention program and on signs, as applicable*
Identification as sponsor at convention
SILVER - $2,500 Sponsor will receive all of the above AND:
Ό page acknowledgement in the convention program*
Acknowledgement in the bi-monthly Utah PTA Perspectives magazine*
Acknowledgement on the Utah PTA Web site*
1 free booth space in the Exhibitors Fair, if applicable
GOLD - $5,000 Sponsor will receive all of the above AND:
½ page acknowledgement in the convention program*
½ page acknowledgement in the Utah PTA Perspectives magazine*
Two tickets to a convention event, if applicable
Three complimentary convention registrations to use or donate in your name
Logo on Utah PTA Web site for three months
PLATINUM - $10,000 Sponsor will receive all of the above AND:
Full page acknowledgement in the convention program*
Full page acknowledgement in the post-convention issue of Utah PTA Perspectives magazine*
Convention event named for your company/organization
Five complimentary convention registrations to use or donate in your name
Logo on Utah PTA Web site for six months
Convention booth upgraded to CORNER booth, if applicable
Second acknowledgement on front cover of Utah PTAs Perspectives magazine*
* Subject to publication deadlines
