In Person Option & Virtual Attendance Options

2 Ways to Attend Convention - Both great options!

Attending in person gives you the full convention experience. Virtual allows you the flexibility to attend, but still manage day to day life. Either way you attend, you will get the training, connections, and ideas you have come to expect from Leadership Convention.

In person attendance benefits:

  • Convention materials including swag from sponsors
  • Connect in person with leaders, peers, and expo hall
  • Use of Whova App for schedule, connections, conversations and more
  • Access to workshop recordings for later viewing until August 1st through Whova App

Virtual attendance benefits:

  • Convenience of being at home while still receiving valuable training
  • All general meetings and limited classes will both be streamed live and recorded
  • All recordings will be available to watch until August 1st
  • All materials will be available in the Whova App digitally
  • Connect with Vendors through Virtual Expo Hall on the Whova App

Disclaimers for Virtual Attendees

  • Utah PTA will do our best to give a good experience virtually but please realize some technology difficulties may still occur
  • Handbooks will be available from your Region Director after Convention, but will also be on this website when Convention starts
  • Attendees who pay for virtual access will not be able to attend in person. Should you choose to attend in person, you will need to pay an upgrade service charge of $30 at the time of check in.

Utah PTA use of Whova App:

All attendees will be able to download the Utah PTA Event on the Whova app. The app will allow you to add workshop sessions to your agenda, view and follow along on the the workshop slides, view virtual exhibitor booths, network with other attendees and show your registration confirmation at check in and scan a QR code in the vendor hall to enter drawings. The app will also have a few games to help you connect with presenters, vendors, and other attendees.
