This flower caught my attention while hiking with my family to Cecret Lake in Utah. I noticed how the dead log has helped create something beautiful by protecting and supporting the flower. Even though the log is no longer alive, it played a big part in helping the flower grow. It’s a reminder that sometimes the most broken things can bring the greatest beauty.
