When you feel sad, you feel shattered. You feel like you don't belong. You feel like everyone is looking at you and your flaws. You feel alone. I feel this way a lot. I feel the weight of the world on me with school and friends. I want to please everyone, and when I don't, I feel like I have failed everyone. I know that I am not alone. I know that I am loved. I feel like Accepting Imperfections, is accepting all of you, every good part and every flawed part. We need to work on loving ourselves.
