Criteria for Application Acceptance:

  1. The Sponsor is responsible for printing distribution of handouts for attendees.
  2. The Sponsor agrees to pass out materials ONLY in the assigned booth.
  3. The programs and services provided by Sponsor must be available statewide.
  4. The Sponsor must stay during the scheduled times or designate someone to cover the booth during times exhibits are open to attendees.
  5. The Sponsor will provide own transportation, lodging, and meals.
  6. The Sponsor will do own installation and dismantling.
  7. The Sponsor will submit all handouts to be used at the Convention for approval by the Utah PTA.

Please list handout items that will be given at the Convention and send in copies of printed material.
Utah PTA will collect electricity orders and submit to DCC
Up to six (6) name badges will be provided for those working at your booth. Names must be submitted by April 14, 2022 for the name badges to be printed, otherwise you will receive blank badges.
