Mrs. McNeil creates a classroom that is warm and welcoming for all of her students. She is kind and positive, but has high standards and expects the kids to do their best and they rise to that challenge. My son has needed a push/academic challenge and she regularly finds ways to stretch his brain, challenge his mind and not let him just sit there bored and wait for everyone else to catch up. She is great at meeting the needs of all of her students, whether they need extra help or support or a challenge to help them grow. She truly cares about her students and as a parent I appreciate her willingness to show up every day and create an environment my son loves to be apart of.
