Utah PTA Resolution EDU 2010-3 Providing Appropriate Educational Opportunities for Gifted/Accelerated Learners Statewide - Resolved, That Utah PTA encourage the State Board of Education and the state legislature to support funding that assists the schools in developing programs which promote the appropriate educational, social, and emotional development of gifted/accelerated learners.
