Description General Description: This bill addresses enforcement of drug- and alcohol-related provisions. Highlighted Provisions: requires the Department of Public Safety to use the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act Enforcement Fund to maintain a certain number of drug enforcement officers, State Bureau of Investigation officers, and social workers; ii) maintain at least: 69 (A) 10 drug-related law enforcement officers; 70 (B) eight SBI drug-related law enforcement officers; and 71 (C) two social workers.
