General Description: 

This joint resolution of the Legislature proposes to amend the Utah Constitution relating to the State School Fund.

Highlighted Provisions: 

This resolution proposes to amend the Utah Constitution to:
change the limit on annual distributions from the State School Fund from 4% to 5%. It also directs the Lt. Governor to submit this proposal to the voters at the next general election. If passed, it would take effect January 2025.
