Board Lists

A contact list of elected officers, commissioners and committee chairs is vital for every PTA.  

  • Any type of list will do
    • In an app 
    • spreadsheet
    • Word doc
    • Google Drive or Drop Box

Maintaining an accurate record of PTA board members is now required by National PTA's Standards of Affiliation. 

  1. National PTA requires Utah PTA to submit leadership records of its local and council units each year. 
  2. All elected officers and elected or appointed chairman make up your board and should be included in this list.
  3. Name, position, and email are required for all positions. Address is required for the president. 
  4. Submit list through MemberHub in the spring after elections.

Utah PTA also requires a current board list to be turned with all of the other beginning of the year reports due September 15 of each year.
