LEADership Exchange Submission Form
Leadership is not a position. It is action, influence, and service shared forward. When leadership is recognized, it grows. The LEADership Exchange is a Utah PTA initiative that celebrates the power of shared leadership. Each time a LEADership Exchange coin is given away it represents one or more of the following meaningful acts:
Leadership - Inspiring and serving others
Engagement - Building meaningful connections and collaboration
Advocacy - Speaking up for every child and family
Development - Strengthening skills, programs, and future leaders
Why It Matters
The LEADership Exchange encourages us to notice, celebrate, and share the everyday leadership actions that strengthen our schools and communities. Every exchange tells a story. Every story inspires another leader.
When someone receives a coin, they are invited to:

2. Share the story behind the recognition
3. Pass the coin forward to another individual whose actions exemplify the spirit of PTA leadership
