- Email Voting Policy — Provides requirements and procedures for conducting PTA business and votes through email or other online voting methods when an in-person or virtual meeting is not possible.
- Funds Spent on Teacher Support Guidelines (20%) — Provides guidance on keeping teacher support, administrative, and volunteer-related expenses within the IRS standard for expenses that are not directly related to the PTA mission.
