Utah PTA recognizes our committed volunteers
The L.E.A.P. Award is our Leadership, Excellence, and Partnership Award. It is the desire of Utah PTA to recognize our committed volunteers who inspire people around them, while volunteering many hours for the benefit of the children of Utah.
This is an individual award earned by what leaders do in their PTA or PTSA positions.
L.E.A.P. Award applications are digital. Use the attachment below to see the requirements, but use this link to fill in the application to receive your award. The pin award comes with the first "leaping child". It will take at least three years of service in the PTA to earn the full award. If you have served in the past, but not filled out the award you may use those years to qualify for the awards. However, this in not just a years of service award, the tasks need to be completed too.

Applications can be submitted by an individual or by someone else, like the president filling the form out for their board members. It is recommended individuals keep track of their own award.
All recipients are recognized at the Leadership Convention and receive a LEAP pin.
