General Description: 

This bill creates the Dyslexia Screening Pilot Program.

Highlighted Provisions: 

Creates the Dyslexia Screening Pilot Program. Dyslexia screener will be created at the U of U College of Education and the U of U Education Policy Center. Requires USBE to oversee and administer the pilot program and to provide a repeal date. Protects teachers from retaliation for recommending dyslexia screening.
