My film shows how belonging begins with one simple act. It’s about a boy sitting alone outside at school while others walk by without noticing him. He feels sad and unseen until a student reaches out a hand and helps him up. That moment changes everything. The song “Lean on Me” describes the story. It reminds us that belonging begins whenever we choose to include others. I belong in places where I reach out my hand to lift someone up and make sure no one feels left out.
