I made this assortment of pastries to reflect the diverse options of people we have here in our community and all around earth, each made with a different technique and ingredients, but gathered in one place all the same. I like the fact that usually, when people go into a bakery to buy something, they typically buy many different things, rather than everyone getting the same exact thing. It shows that we as people have our own unique tastes and even though that may mean that everybody doesn't love us, that just shows that no one goes completely unloved either.
