Entries uploaded through a student account will need a Reflections permission form. We recommend students enter through a parent account to avoid needing to print, fill out, and upload a permission form.
The form includes the following language:
I give permission for my child to participate in the Utah/National PTA Reflections programs indicated below and agree to the terms as listed below.
Ownership in any submission shall remain the property of the entrant, but entry into this program constitutes entrant’s irrevocable permission and consent that PTA may display, copy, reproduce, enhance, print, sublicense, publish, distribute and create derivative works for PTA purposes.
