Michelle is one of those kindergarten teachers you dream of—she is incredibly kind, sweet, and easy to smile. She gets down to the kids’ level and puts all her attention on then when she talking to them. She makes her students feel special and because she makes them feel so cared for, they in turn love her. When asked what he was grateful for over thanksgiving, my kindergartener reported Mrs Barnes. When my kids were home to quarantine, Michelle dropped off school work 2-3 different times even though I said I could always run and pick it up. She is thoughtful, grateful for any help in the classroom, and so warm. My boys love her and my 3rd grader still says she is his favorite.
