The Year End Financial Statement reports gross receipts and disbursements for the fiscal year and has separate sections for amounts belonging to the association and amounts NOT belonging to the association. The report is due to Utah PTA via Memberhub or Council/Region Treasurer with the other Year End Reports by August 1st. The Year End Financial Statement as well as the AFR should be presented and approved by the general membership (Article VII, Section 6d). The Annual Financial Review (AFR) cannot be completed until the Year End Financial Statement is complete.
